Try a 3 day liquid fast, I am on my second day of one and it got me out of my stuck period, but it seems like I pee ever 5 minutes.

What seems to help the most for me is that I make sure that I drink one half of my body weight in ounces a water to keep myself hydrated yes I'm constantly running to the bathroom, And doing everything within my power to make sure I get 8 hours sleep they seem to help more then calories in calories out
