It isn't easy feeling hungry most of the time, but I have to get my weight down. Being on 3rd shift it has been crazy trying to count calories and stay on track. I don't want to drink soda anymore. I was drinking one 20oz bottle of diet sprite a day. At work I have unlimited access to a coke fountain machine. I had 2 small glasses of diet coke. Tonight I will try for only one:]

Not sure what eating plan you're on BUT I am a huge proponent of low carb. Over the years I tried everything and what almost always threw me off was being so hungry I would then binge, then say the heck with it, and gain another 10lbs. I have been low carb since January and I feel so much better and I AM NEVER HUNGRY! There is a ton of good information on here. Just a thought....

The fast metabolism diet by Haley pomroy works well and it works. Hunger is not a big problem if you follow it as the book says. I have 12lbs gone in the past 4weeks and that's with a 4day vacation thrown in.
