A little gain but had one of those days where I couldn't get enough to eat...not terrible foods but a lot of food for me...I tried eating high protein snacks and usually that helps keep me full but not yesterday...also ate more processed food than my body is used to.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was hungry yesterday too! I don’t know what it was, but just couldn’t seem to get enough. I was shocked to see a .2lb loss this morning. 🤷‍♀️

Same. I ate a whole pizza yesterday. Over lunch and dinner, but still.

Katsolo, I've been doing better today but I woke up at 230 am and finally got out of bed at 330! Don't sleep well but that was ridiculous! I'm exhausted! If you take your dogs for a walk I'll bet that will take the pizza gain ( if you have one) away 💜 Neicy, You are the lucky one. But truthfully I thought I'd have a bigger gain. 💜

I’m definitely holding water, but it was a veggie cauliflower crust frozen pizza, so okay, overall

I recently learned to stay off the hunger roller coaster by having no carbs at breakfast. If I start the day with carbs I am hungry every couple of hours all day long! Since I don’t like being hungry all day I try to avoid that at all costs.

Darla, I agree with you and I did have steel oats for breakfast. I usually only eat oatmeal when I have a heavy or intense workout. I need the fuel. I usually don’t have this type of reaction. I was able to recover yesterday. I also slept terrible the night before, I woke up at 230 am and finally got out of bed at 330. I think that fatigue added to cravings…

I hadn’t thought of sleep deprivation! But that causes my body to look for energy in food, too. I guess we have to find it somewhere! Lol. Hope you get some rest and feel better.
