Drop setting squats almost got me 🤮🤣
I call this squats the Diablo special, no more 1st world pooping squats style this is a deep 3rd world pooping on the ground style. Gotta ask yourself if you’re not pooping on the ground then are you really doing a squat?

I love this! Obvious you are doing it right by the results! I do squat low - one of the things I do without getting corrected by my trainer! My husband get's corrected all the time because if you are not squatting low enough you are cheating your reps!

Have you try to ankle balance first to strengthen for squats? I will post the you tube link. A lot of football players do this to see how low they can squat to prevent injury. I had to try this and found out my tiny ankles are weak. Boo 😒
