You got this! Consistancy is key. Write down evert bite/sip. Find your patterns. I too struggle with this. We can do this for ourselves!

Let's look at this way! If you never want to feel the way you currently feel again. Then let's change it. Get back up on the horse so to speak. Just starting again if half the battle. It's no fad diet it's changing how you see food altogether. When it finally hit me that we shouldn't eat to make ourselves content. We eat to survive! There's so much more I could say but I won't bore you. I'll say this when it finally clicks you'll never look back. You'll ask yourself as I have and many other's have. Why did I wait so long to take this seriously? One last thing... it's not just about appearance which most equate it too. It will change your life and obviously even extend it. You can do this... if you're ready¿ Consistency is everything though! You have to fully buy in! If not you're just wasting your time.

Any game plan can work if you stick with it. Evaluate yours and see if it is a “diet” plan or a lifestyle change program. Portion control, moderation, healthier eating most of the time and less healthy or less likely to help you maintain your goals just once in a while. Weight control over a long period of time requires a change in mindset. Deprivation, guilt, remorse does not work.

Don’t get discouraged. I know it’s hard when we work so hard and the results are what we expect. Keep your chin up and know that any effort is a positive to your health. Might not show right away .. but you will see progress. You’ve got this!!

I have done a lot of "trying" to lose weight, with no luck. On the other hand, I have weighed or measured all of my food, logged it into an online calculator, and kept within a strict (weekly) calorie limit. When tracking, I have lost weight exactly as expected. As soon as I start seeing the scale move, I feel very motivated, and I no longer think "I'll be happy when I reach my goal;" I'm happy already because I'm making progress, and every day is better than the last. I was surprised to learn how quickly the calories in healthy foods add up, and I've had to really make some changes to keep to my calorie goal. Previously I did keto without tracking and lost a lot of weight, but gained it all back. I don't want to do that again, so CICO it is. I hope you find success one way or another. A food scale is definitely worth the investment, and knowing your calories are on track is definitely worth the 5-10 minutes per day it takes to log your food.

Just get back in track... sounds simple but it's true! Prepping veggies etc for snacks and logging my food, as well as exercise are the most important to my success. The more success you have, the more you will be motivated!💪💪

This has happened to me, I was so bummed but I found that walking especially after dinner helped a lot. Or playing basketball with my kids. But just walking, simple for even just a half hour seemed to help a lot

have you tried the Eat Like A Bear program? it's a combination of keto, One Meal A Day, and intermittent fasting.

There really is not secret. Burn more calories than you consume. Calorie Deficit creates weight loss. Log it, eat it. Find a calories amount that works for you. Good luck!
