Geez I ate chocolate cake ,nachos with cheese and I gained weigh. What a Surprise 😩 Today hubby and I will go back to our low carb low sugar way of eating. Need to be good, summer is around the corner.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
