celebrated my 39th birthday yesterday. i ate all i wanted, and just had a blast. I started 2022 with the first goal of being 10lbs down before my birthday. i was 172.6 on january 1 and yesterday i weighed 160.3. I have much to celebrate. so continuing the journey with a goal of 10lbs down by May 31. I know it will get harder, but I just have to commit to pushing myself and being consistent.

161.1 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
