Jan 27 202 lbs 38" Waist
Good morning FS fam! The 48hr fast went well, until the middle of the night. I was feeling very deprived. It was hard to sleep last night but otherwise everything went okay. I probably won't do one again for a good while.
But today is a new day!!
Go have a great one!!!

@Shrewdness: Thank you! It sure did! I am sure I will gain a bit from water weight, but the inches tell me some fat was shed!
@CrystalJo74: Thank you very much!

What a victory to be able to do that! I IF every day, usually 16/8 but have never fasted longer than 1 day. Congratulations, you are stronger than me. I admire you.

@jwsalazb thanks!
@snowwhite: thanks! I am Learning that it just takes time! And this one wasn't even my best experience and I am still very new to all this. I think if I had my magnesium and electrolyte levels in check better, it would have went much better. The after math today was not the best. I was pretty light headed at work but once I got some sodium and my vitamins in I started to feel much better. I think trial and error, anyone can probably do it! Just gotta work your way up! I am still the most fan of 23:1 fastong personally. I find it perfect for me. Always best to find what works best for you :)

the number felt deprived while I was on the five and one and doing the fuelings. I think because got plenty of protein fiber nutrients. clean stuff too (I mean no additives).
now that I'm maintenance bound,
seems like I have temptations all around me. I know I've got to get better at this.
especially since I am on maintenance but I want to lose another £5.

@lydium: just be patient, do some research, try different things in the long term, and always map out your goals! I am always applying research based effort. Which I get can sometimes be dangerous. I do it within reason!!
