I pulled up an old pic on purpose to see how I have come along visually. I am blown away. But I must keep going!! Those pecs need attention!!! Anyone have advice for me on pectorals? Mine seriously never seem to grow. I only work them out once a week, should I do it more often?

Yaaassss, finally time to eat again!!! Feeling so lean lately, I'm lovin' my progress, finally. Keto and Fasting has done wonders for me. I ain't got the willpower any other way, yall. This is easier for me as a person to do!
