Got in a recovery day yesterday. My 49th birthday arrived today! I feel great at this time in my life. Confidence like I’ve never had, successful business life, and freedom to try new adventures. It all goes together. Tough to feel good about yourself when your unhealthy. Hard to be confident when you don’t have the experience to have an idea of what you’re doing.
