Went up in weight today on my leg workout. Feeling pretty dang good. Wanted to give a shout out to all my FS friends, been loving your motivation and beast-mode posts lately! 🤘🏋‍♀️💪🥰
138.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
