200lbs.... that's my goal weight..... but thats after only 3hrs of sleep. I've had a magic 3lb overnight gain early this week that hasn't disappeared yet . I will weigh again after I get a few good hours of sleep in today after work. I'm guessing I'm actually closer to 197lbs, but as of right now, that's 14.4lbs up in just about 13.5weeks
200.0 lb Lost so far: 116.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
