Okay I’m done. Going to be weighing every week, cutting sweets out, no drinking my calories, dessert are going to be fruit based. Wake up call. I will not be in the 300’s again. And I’m holding myself accountable by putting my weight out there. I’m done being the fat friend. And I refuse to be the fat mom.
296.4 lb Lost so far: 140.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.7 lb a week

Good job on that mental attitude! If it helps any when I was losing weight I cut grains to a minimal, no added sugar, more veggies, protein, and good fats. I didn’t had to count my calories and I just ate to my fill. I ended up losing too much weight and had to track my calories after. Good luck on your new leaf 👍
