Range 155.2 - 157.4 lb

Stablizing but trend change to losing not confirmed. CI down but weight up so it's either bad estimating or water since CO (activity) was not different. I'm goung to hold my breath cause that fixes everything.
156.1 lb Lost so far: 33.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My guess is it's water.

Did you eat more salt recently? Maybe the sausage is to blame for water retention? At least you have your eye on things, so you won't stray too far!
