gave up on weight watchers bc i cant afford $24/month. kind of gave up on trying all together. been a rough year for us all. life is improving, not so many stressors in my existence. gonna try this again. try to stay accountable some how withoutthe cost. upside? all my clothes fit again compared to when i got up to almost 350 lbs
256.7 lb Lost so far: 85.3 lb.    Still to go: 81.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on losing so much weight in the last two years. It would be great no matter what, but is especially impressive considering the circumstances we’ve all been dealing with. Lots of folks went up instead of down. Hope you can post more often. We can encourage you for free!

I have never liked having to pay anyone for me trying to lose weight. I didn't even pay for my gym membership(s) bc I always had a job there as well as with my Music studies in college/university. I got paid to do what I love(d). Anyways, that's $24 you can use to get a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you and someone else. You can buy yourself a nice pair of thongs, socks, underwear, slingshot/tank-top, t-shirt, night-gown, etc. You can even bank it if you wanna. CICO has always worked for me, but I've always had the best willpower to conquer my eating/drinking woes since before I became a teenager. I hope you have the best of luck and are very blessed on your new journey. Take care, stay focused, and always make beautiful choices and you, in return, will remain beautiful too. Nice to have you around here. =)

Don’t give up- please, it takes time. I promise you will be glad you did. A trick is drink more water/ w lemon if you like. But it helps
