Well, that was Christmas. Shockingly gained half a stone in cake and whiskey.
Here we go again.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ha ha, you and me both, but how sad would it be to have starved and calorie counted over Christmas, and still probably have gained a pound or two? Knickers, I say, knickers to it. January is the perfect time for drop-off diets.

Yeah exactly. Knickers. Actually, I don't mind the booze and cake weight, but am slightly resentful of the weight from having to clear the children's leftovers and then eat a full meal myself because the mother in law can't abide wasted food and I can't abide forcing children to eat when they're no longer hungry. May have ended in a little row, but that's another story...
