weight at doctors office. hey guys I'm down a few pounds! yeah! 😁 I'm happy with that. I know that it isn't much but st least it's going in the right direction.
256.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 85.4 lb a week

I didn't really add it up at first, but it was a good bit of weight I lost. I just hope that I can keep on this path. The steroids are messing me up and the pain is killing my progress. I'm really trying to work threw it all! Thanks for the continued support! You guys are awesome!😊

Lorie, I understand about the pain aspect. When the pain is present it's so easy to want to be comforted and many times I do exactly that, if I haven't planned ahead. Maybe figure out what high/empty calorie foods can be substituted with favorite nutritious foods that can also feel comforting. Also, find alternative comforting activities besides eating. For example, today I am watching some favorite movies, while keeping to my pre-planned menu and getting indoor exercise. Just a couple of suggestions. I hope you're able to figure out what you can do in order to continue foward. ❤
