5 years- LOL. You certainly do seem to have it figured out- as Melissa said.

I was not even joking about those 5 years.... It does not feel like I have figured anything out. But I do know I can put on weight easily if I am not vigilant. I will get to be an "intuitive eater" I am afraid

Do not underestimate yourself liv! Happy for you for your achievement! I am hoping to knock off the rest of the 20lbs I gained back by end of year. Praise God I am on a good start!♥️

I didn't think you were joking. It's hard to imagine you struggling when you look very fit. I hope one day that people will think that about me. 💪🏼

I'm not sure this is going to make sense, but I'm going to try anyway. ❤️ Seeing that someone like you can struggle a bit and reset and find their balance is actually an encouragement. I think the number one biggest fear we all face is slipping... Sliding back and succumbing to all our old habits and gaining it all back. As my yesr in maintenance progressed, I've had moments of pure fear. I could just see how easy it would be to let those moments become those "five years." I'm not feeling terribly confident, but those stumbles have made me feel a bit stronger. To know not all is lost because I got off course for a bit helps me feel like I can keep going. So thanks, liv, for being real and for being here and setting such a good example. ❤️

Princess, you had those months of maintenance but struggling with working out without a gym. Now we see you back full throttle going almost daily. It is the same thing. ❤️ Seeing someone we truely admire having a set back in one way or another (even a tiny one) and fighting back... Well, gives us hope!
