Weekly weigh-in

Day 5 of recovery. Pain is very manageable, not using motrin as often. Slowly introducing more soft, chewy foods. My appetite is slowly coming back too.

I have my follow up this Thursday, hoping for some good news.

123.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
