Day 1 of a planned 1 days of eating

Yeah still not doing so well...

6/21/2020 - Gained 6 lbs
6/22/2020 - Gained 4 lbs
6/23/2020 - Lost 3 lbs ('water fasting')
6/24/2020 - Lost 3 lbs ('water fasting')

Next week I plan to 'water fast' 4 days in a row so hopefully I can get a real 'net loss' for the week...

@liv001, @jcmama777 - Thank you for the supportive comments, I really appreciate it! Next week I hope to get to 175lbs because that is a number I have not hit since the COVID lock down.

So happy for you bud. I been in and out of the office since the Covid lockdown and staying in the 204 - 208lb band for months that I just can't seem to break. I need to start fasting again.

@chesgreen - Thanks man. Yeah the key things I have found in the past few weeks where I have managed to slow the gradual weight gain was that low carb and high protein was *not* helping me, and I need to 'water fast' 4+ days in a row to get the benefit I got 2 years ago.
