Well, another gain. I ate an entire pizza in one day this week so I'm not shocked. I'm mentally exhausted. FS used to be my happy place, but now all I see is drama and I needed to take a break. Now that I've taken a few days off and got myself in a better place mentally I'm really to get this moving. Gonna go at it hard this week! I hope yall are doing good!
385.8 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 205.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad to see you back!! I too had an entire pizza in one day this week... and then the next day an entire bowl of buttered popcorn along with everything else in the house. Semi back on track now... will be back to it tomorrow. Spending Mother's Day without my daughter, son-in-law and the grandkids, just so we stay safe. It happens... shake it off, find the positive here, and know we are with you!! Once again, glad to see you are back!!

Happy Mothers Day,!!🌺🌺🌺🌺 I believe FS is back to normal. I think this virus was making people go crazy. I have seen lots of postive and normal diet postings lately. You can initiate a diet restart!🙂🙂🙂

We all make mistakes, but it's fixable! And I feel like FS has been better, with the negativity absent in the last couple days. 👍

Hi I’m new here ... I don’t know how to look for friends or add friends or do much of anything except add my food and weight ... I have gained 12 lbs during the pandemic and I was already overweight before that sooo now I’m pretty miserable

Jennifer- find someone you like and follow. It takes some adjusting. You start following someone- realize they suck- unfollow- etc... All different types of people on here. Find someone after your same goals (if you want) who maybe has your same WOE- which stands for way of eating- or someone you think you'd be motivated by and that's about it. It's a learning process. Good luck!

Ok and how do I even find people? Just seeing the posts from everyone ? Thanks for ur help I’m 35 as of yesterday and 196 lbs and would like to lose about 40 lbs , just counting calories right now
