Update: 1/1/21. I've been here for several years now. I started out at 330 pounds, and now I sit at 242. I'm not a Keto follower, but rather a low calorie, low carb kind of girl. You all have kept me on track... and have been such a positive influence in my life. I love coming here every day and reading your posts and comments.

I've been here for about 2 years and haven't really posted at all. I tried atkins at first... and found it didn't work well for me. I am diabetic... and working toward low carbs... low fat... high protein. But not so successfully. I've lost about 70 pounds, but I've leveled off... even gained some back. I like to eat the same thing every day... and I live on a limited budget of about 125 a month for food. I've given up for December to keep to that.... I'm not a sweets girl at all... give me mashed potatoes instead. But I can't afford that either. Any recipes or ideas that would help would be greatly appreciated. Cottage cheese and dressing and eggs are my friends. I am a food addict... I love it so so much... and hard to keep it away. I need to loose another 140 pounds to get to my goal... but it keep it light... just a few pounds at a time make me happy. But I am out of ideas on my budget. Any help would be appreciated!!
