Day 2 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I finally got a good solid ‘good eating’ day completed yesterday 😊
Of course this means I did not actually ‘eat’ anything, just consumed protein shakes, but, I only consumed 16 carbs worth. This was my goal.

I know from past experience that the number of sequential days I am able to hit these numbers will translate to weight loss.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
