So, fit it into your daily plan. There's no reason you can't have pancakes and syrup once in a while if you plan for it.

There is a keto pancake made from coconut and almond flour. (https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/keto-low-carb-pancakes-with-almond-flour-coconut-flour-paleo-gluten-free/ ) You can use sugar free maple syrup too, but from my experience and my experiments... I lose more weight when I stick to a low cal keto diet without swypo (sex with your pants on). It’s where you recreate carby foods with low carb ingredients. It’s good but not as good as the real thing. Since you’re on a temporary keto diet stick it through and enjoy in moderation (even the ketofied version)
