Back in Onelander, I missed it here 🌹🌷☀️ Last night was horrible, I actually cried when my Hubby had his snack after dinner. I feel much better today. Dr appointment today at 4pm and the nutritionist tomorrow. Therapy is today at 3pm and tomorrow at the gym with a trainer. This is going to be an expensive month but I feel it will be worth it...I'm worth it. Have a healthy day 🙋
198.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Drs appt went well. Got a new script for Contrave and a thumbs up for the Keto plan. The Dr requested I stay away from the processed meat and reduce my red meat intake. Makes sense🙋
