Good. Tired. Boredom still an issue but had my oncologist checkup 2 hrs away so I spent the day riding in a car lol. She said everything looks good. I’m almost 3 years out now. Eating is better. Went to Olive Garden and stopped at two breadsticks and half my meal (that’s usual but the breadsticks aren’t). Shared my order of mozzarella sticks instead of hogging them lol. Trying to eat heavy today to see how the workout does. All the different bench presses today after two-three sucky/light weeks. Trying to carb load and see if it helps lol.

Yes, definitely good news from the doc. Well done on the bread stick restraint!

Considering I’ve had a couple light weeks I’d say the carb loading helped. I didn’t do quite as well as I’d hoped but almost as much as usual. Much better than the last time.

108g carbs for lunch. Most were probably out of my system by workout maybe. Not sure how long food actually stays with you for this sort of stuff.

So glad your visit went well! I think the glycogen stays stored for a while but I know some weightlifters drink juice right before the gym session to maximize the effectiveness. I skipped regular bench today and just did db bench.
