I had my first rest day yesterday in a long time. I also slept like crap. I was also really hungry. A hefty surplus day so the scale is reflecting that. It's been a while since my last bout of overeating so it will be fine. The extra energy intake and rest should make for a great workout this morning! (Copy & paste from Diablo with a few tweaks to make it my own)
191.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ive been up a couple hours after 3 hours sleep and just read Diablo's post and thought I wasn't read your post correctly! Thank you the *note at the end of your post. I'm up because I was not considerate of my digestive system yesterday and also sleeping in a new place tonight. Still traveling. Of course Mr. Joe has been sleeping for hours. Hope you get a good night's rest tonight. 💗

It's hard enough for me to sleep in my own bed- let alone a new place. It's rare for me to sleep on vacation. Joe and David seems similar in that regard. Bet you're going to appreciate getting back home even though it has been a lovely time! No place like home. 👠 (that's a ruby slipper because I'm clever like that) LOL. Have a great day, Becc@!

Back is my favorite...❤️ it! Been trying to incorporate full body but can never do back and legs on the same day. I'd be there too long and I really like to get a good, full workout in for both of them.

With the way your arms are shaping up I’d have guessed arms as your fav. I like arms and back. Could take or leave legs but have to do it to balance out.

Ha. Might seem stupid to say but I have no idea what my back looks like. I was kidding. Maybe David can take one later. I don't like to post a lot of pics. I assume I'm not the only person on fat secret that thinks "Yeah...I get it. You were fat and now you're not" I don't like to see the same stuff over and over-each week or every two days. 😬 yikes. The need for constant attention and praise and to be reaffirmed- doesn't sit well with me. To each his own but it's not my thing. Aside from the wedding dress, I'm gonna give it a rest for a bit. How many times can you tell someone good job? You look great! Wow, what an inspiration! Seriously? I can't lay it on that thick. Same with anything else- I'll apologize once. Twice if it's a big ordeal - after that, I am done. When I get to 180, maybe I'll post. That'll be December. By then you'll miss me and I'll believe the comments more. 😘💪🏼❤️

Your last set of comments and "attention" were all earned and well deserved, you could tell by the pics all the hard work you put into your workouts! I'm similar in that way, just look at how long it took me to remove the white bread pic! Lol... Keep it up, December is right around the corner!

Agree with Kenny. Honestly if I say you look good or are inspiring (you are) then I mean it. Sorry if I and others say it too much sometimes. For me I want you and others to really know and understand how we see you. (You are more my inspiration now because I can maybe attain your muscle mass where as diablo lost that spot as I won’t ever get his muscle mass lol)

Thanks kennyn! Thanks peeper! Yes...that toast took forever to lose and I love your transformation. Pretty astounding but yes - you know what I mean. I like seeing the transformations when there's something to see. I don't find the daily or even weekly pics that special or necessary. So yes...December! See you then...unless I find out I have a very incredible back. Hahaha! 😆
