bam, steady in the 160s. oh I'd love to knock out 5+ pounds this month. dreaming. work sucks 😂 I found out I'm gonna lose 28 hours a week starting in 1.5 months. mehh, now looKing for a good paying job again, they are hard to find. oh well. at least I'm in the 160s. booyaaa I'm mostly eating only meat, carnivore. dairy swells me up. bummer.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
