Diddlee's Journal, 18 August 2019

Result from having just one small can of lager beer yesterday. Take it with a smile. I enjoyed the beer, and expect a big loss tomorrow. :)
171.1 lb Lost so far: 112.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You gained 2.7 pounds....from a beer?!? And is a big loss 5 pounds or the 2.7? I'm curious if this is what you meant? I may not be understanding what 'result' was......no sodium yesterday?

Only thing different yesterday was that single can of beer. The weight gain is comical, and I simply cannot take it seriously. Clearly this little bit of beer increased my water holding capacity. Cannot speculate too much before seeing the effect over a few days. Might go down quick, or it might go down slow. Haven't had beer for a very long time.
