Fell off the wagon on Canada Day! As it was not fatal I am back on the wagon today! I'm adding new supplements and a new workout video (for seniors like me...gentle stretching), back to the pool and sauna too. Extending my meditation time from 25 minutes to 45 minutes to increase the "ME" time in my day. Let's see what happens...I'm 16.5 lbs away from final goal and these last few pounds don't want to budge!! A kick start of some kind is needed. Goal Date is August 31/19!!!
146.7 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
