36 Hours Fasted

Cooked yesterday without sampling. Putting the fam on chicken and rice until I am done fasting. Can cook in the am when I am not tempted and avoid the evening breakdown.

Way to go, Jimmie pop! And welcome, JaninaDil! You’re starting out great by asking for help and being open to suggestions! For me and where I am, I have to not have tempting foods around. These are things like sweets—especially bakery goods. Instead I have substitutes like fresh fruit, yogurt, and protein/energy bars. And I also drink a lot of water and have hot tea between meals. Drinking a fruity hot tea—especially at night when I want something sweet—has really helped, and it’s calorie-free. Best wishes to you! 😊🎈
