Not bad, considering. Ran 46/2s last week in an attempt to regroup. Broke on Thursday with chorizo stuffed chicken breast. Plan was to fast until big party Saturday night. Didn't happen. Cooked up leftovers for Pop Friday - rice creamed in Jimmie's own Mornay sauce with grilled chicken, parm, and fresh cilantro. Broke again Saturday with chili cheese dogs for pop. Seeing a pattern here? Game on at the party with, drinks, lamb chops, etc. Starving on the way home late and hit the all night spot for a cheese steak. Pizza, wings and fries during Sunday recovery. Not my best work, but whatever. At least I squeezed into my non-fat pants Saturday night. Happy to only be up 1.4#.
Got a reunion thing in three weeks. Plan is to cut hard and fast this week. Break for BBQ Sunday evening. Restart lifting and recomp hard for the two weeks running up to reunion.
Let's see how close to beach ready I can get in 3 weeks.
