spent the day in quaint Cowichan Bay BC, shopping, walking, taking photos of sail boats, mountains and starfish.
Lunch at a White Spot, who will adjust your meal at no extra charge...Beef patty in lettuce, no sauce, no tomato and a green salad with sliced almonds, no dressing (I used my own MCT oil) and decaf coffee with full cream. Very lovely experience.
