Happy happy happy Monday...waking up to another great sunny day...

Weight is barely up..nothing to get alarmed over...actually..I really feel more positive that I’ve figured out what’s changed with my body and how it burns..for me..it’s cutting the fat intake...as the days my fat intake is high on my food menu..those are the days my fat numbers..and weight increase...my fat numbers were the same as yesterday..so guessing...30 more minutes..and another p...weight might of been same as yesterday...

No zwift in today..no outside ride either..helping someone move some stuff...no I’m not gonna over do it..I know what my limits are..

All the moving my body yesterday...when I went to bed last night..the covers never moved...easy bed to make today...

Getting out on my trek carbon yesterday was nice..kinda looking forward to nicer days and riding outside when possible..not a lot of hills where I live...mostly flat...I did notice the roads seem rough..winter weather does that..

Well...need to get moving...things to do...

Keep positive..make it happen..have a great day...

Looked at my scale numbers for the day..the upswing was due to muscle mass gain...all other numbers were the same as sundays readings
