My 2 weeks "vacations" now showing. Obviously there is no "free eating" for me, only discipline and calorie count.

I guess it is slow metabolism, which is age related and pretty normal.

Back to my "fat secret" routing, counting everything.

It is not about look or weight loss anymore, it is about self-discipline and being able to maintain healthy weight for years to come.

Walked 3 miles today.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Vacation is good. Learning stuff is good. You obviously have plenty of discipline to get to where you are at!!!

Looking like a rockstar! Your doing great... long term health is the most important thing we can do for ourselves....I know, because I'm learning the folly of my past ways. Well on to better and healthier versions of ourselves! Liking this pic you sent.....very cool and fashion forward! ;)
