Interesting... Yesterday's net carbs - 70.40g, this morning ketones - 2.4...

2.4 is deep ketosis. I did not expect it with this amount of carbs. Too bad I was lazy to take measurements in the evening.

What is your carb's threshold?

You also had a lot of fat. I think one theory is that once you are fat adapted the burning of your excess carbs and the burning of your fat can happen at the same time. (I read Peter Attila some times when I think my brain works well) Anyways I think it is ALSO possible that your carb level is that high. If I was you I would test it some more and see. Mine is under 30. I think about 25.

You are right. Both scenarios are possible. Will do 70 today and take measurement before I go to bed. Just need to make sure I dont munch on anything 2 hours before that. :-0.. I am trying to do relaxed keto and figure out how high I can go and stay over 1.0.
