36 Hours Fasted
Waist = 38 1/8

8 inches of waist fat and 25# to go!

Fcuk Yeah!

Let's go!

The key to making an extended fast will be finding a way to not cook or be involved in the evening family eating routine. And then going to do cardio instead of family dining.

@adef Beast mode would be 11 days, which is what it would take to break your record, no?

@jimmiepop - Haha yeah, but I am never going to even attempt that again! The most I will 'water fast' is ONE day haha! I 'no solid food' fast now with Protein Shakes. Waaaay easier. I just did 6 days on that. Problem for me is I have to keep my protein low. Now that I cut the protein in the protein shakes down, I have lost a true 'net loss' of about 5 pounds.
