Day 2. 48 hour fast followed by OMAD refeed. Chicken with veggies. Spaghetti with meat sauce. Bag of Walkers Scottish shortbread. Everything past the chicken and veggies was unintentional. Down 1.6# and back under 110# despite the ridiculous refeed. Gotta clean up the refeeds if I'm going to set the spring cut record this year.

Cooking for the fam in the evening is where I hit the wall with my fast. Same as last spring. Need to come up with some system to feed them without blowing up my fast...

#grindtime! I did my first ever completely multi-day fasted weightlifting without any 'carbing up' or even a protein shake. Surprised I was able to do my normal lifts. However, I had not been to the gym for 4 days...
