Day 5 12 Hours Fasted Waist = 38"
Much more disciplined refeed yesterday even though I broke a couple hours early and had a longer 8 hour window. Only 1400k vs ~2400 last refeed. Eggs, sirloin, chicken and veggies. And a fat bowl of cereal to top it all off. Need to clean that up next time, but still kept carbs around 70.
Scale up a pound and waist down 5/8" on the refeed. Already looking and feeling better. Clothes loosening up. BP down around 15 points to mid 90s. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly improvements happen when I simply stop eating.
Going for 72 hours, refeed Sat night with my boys. Going to work on food prep and shop today to minimize my involvement in Thurs/Fr evening meals.
