No weigh in today, at least not on a scale. HCB, this is for you my friend. We all come to this site for like minded needs, support and edification. The haters and the "normals"(I don't use that as a compliment), cannot possibly understand our strides. Thank you HCB for addressing the troll in our site. So many of us would be discouraged and give up if it wasn't for wonderful people like you. FS has not only overweight people, we have the underweight, the people looking just to get healthier and those keeping up their great work. So please, my FS family, never let the doubters and haters discourage you, we are all on our own journeys but we are in it together. Love and health to us all.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
