I'm back on track. I'm reading Keto Zone Diet by Don Colbert, MD and learning a lot about this process. I'm working on staying the course. My husband is loving it and he is very committed which is suprising because he has such a "sweet" tooth. I've been making sure that I pack his meals which he loves. He lost 10lbs. his first week and doesn't want them back. He's also reading the book to understand more about this process.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

men always seem to do great on this plan, we women tend to go slower but it does work
