Well the scale actually said 225.4 but I can hardly believe that so rounding up. I seem to be in a period of rapid weight loss. Not sure why, nothing has changed so I will just be grateful! I will be gone for the next 5 days. Taking a trip with 52 Fine Arts teenagers to NYC. Taking my on plan snacks and planning for success. Hoping to come back at least at the same weight. (But am secretly hoping for a loss)

226.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
