I've been trying not to weigh in everyday. How often do you weigh yourself?
252.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

At least every week (Monday is "weigh in" day for me). I would record a significant drop/gain though (within that week) and analyze what I ate on previous days and what physical activity I did. Recording daily is too much work.

Just got one of the automated update to cell phone scales and love it. Weighing every day, but yeah, it does bounce a bit. However that way never forget and keeps my chart up to date. Input that into fs in kilograms every day.

Friday mornings. I use the bathroom and then strip down to nothing and weigh myself. I used to weigh everyday but the fluctuations in my weight was very frustrating so only once a week.
