That sleep felt great! A full night!

No more workouts until Wednesday. Not worth the struggle. Not gonna fight my body.

Calorie reduction and rest. Period. Just a couple more days and I'll be back in action 👍
150.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best to be smart about not pushing your body, especially when it comes to sleep and rest while adjusting to changed work hours. 👍

You are so right, Chris. If you don't listen to your body, it will rebel. Srossca, you're just messing with him and it didn't work. Huh, he's so good at rants. 🤬

What shift are you working? It’s tough working out in the evening. I attend the 530am class & feel refreshed the rest of the day!! Good Luck on the New Shift!!

No, last night I stupidly stayed up until 2am. My fault entirely. I'm so tired I can hardly see straight. I'll see about a nap later on.
