These increments are killing me, so damn close. So to combat these last stressful pounds, I've set my watch alarm to buzz at 8am, 12noon, 6pm and 8pm. each time I stop what I Am doing and jump on my stepper for 15min, if I'm not at home I power walk around the parking lot or around the store. Today I'm off to the gym for a date with the punching bag. Have a healthy day.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so proud of you, Alnona. Instead of just being frustrated that the weight isn't coming off as soon as you'd like, you are actively DOING SOMETHING different to give it a boost! Great idea with the alarms!
