Hmm, so... one month after the holidays - not bad, thought I'd gained more. Back to the grindstone!
221.4 lb Lost so far: 150.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I should have been clearer. I am not a paragon of diet virtue. LOL. I just thought that maybe that is where your thought-process had taken you. Anyways I am sending you what I can muster!!!!!!

It's not about accountability to me lol...I just can't stand the suspense! What if it's working?!?!?! What if it's NOT?!?!?! Nope I weigh everyday but only "hold myself accountable" for what I see on Sunday mornings. I think that works for me. Just enough to make myself content!
