This has been a terrible three months with all kinds of problems that led to stress eating. Trying to get it back together and start over for this year. May 2019 be the year I hit my goal.
277.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
