ugh! My weight just won't move, then one day, hopefully, it will drop 3 or 4 lbs. any ideas on how to get it moving or just be patient. LOL I will take a good look at what I'm eating and see if I can change it up. Breakfast 2 eggs 1 piece of low calorie toast with sugar free jam or I make a protein shake with spinach yogurt protein powder and frozen blueberries. Lunch (because I work) sandwich with protein (meat or peaunt butter and jam) no sugar added peanut butter and sugar free jam. Dinner is probably my downfall as My husband cooks. I don't snack in between. I Will just keep trying. I gave up sugar 4 or 5 months ago. He cooked pasta salad with grilled chicken last night, so he is trying.
