Time to face the scales...and get back into it again...I did weigh in yesterday...an the scales recorded...291.4... so yesterday’s meal and my ride didn’t add that much more on...so back into the healthy mindset...the holiday is over...the pecan tarts are gone..time to get serious again...

Plan today...drink lots of water again...get on trainer...it’s nyc once again...but..the plan is to ride less elevation today..will see if mind and body stick to plan...

House is sugar free once again...that always helps...

Glad you are back on plan and ready to keep at it. Most of the fattening stuff is gone. I still have cranberry relish but it is was not made with real sugar. I wonder if I can freeze it for Christmas? There is a thought! Enjoy your Friday!!!
