Well 1300 cals consecutively equals 3lbs of weight gain for me. I'm headed for my 1st check in and MMA class, I'll let you know how it was later😬😨😥
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'll admit it was late night stress eating. Family issues tend to do that to me.

well if you know you tend to do this you need to find healthier options to snack on that won't take you out of your diet plan. I over eat on occasion but it does not harm my overall routine because I don't go crazy and I don't eat things that are not within my plan. Not saying I never go outside, but it has to be a very dedicated decsision and I have to want it enough to go to the store to get it.

But you mentioned over eating during the weekend. How much over your calories?

I usually eat between 950 to 1300 cals per day. My metabolism is very slow and my need for calories is much lower than most The MMA class was intense, mostly base exercises and weigh in and measurements. Not very nice. Glad to see I've lost 2 inches on my arms and 3 inches on my thighs, but only 1.5 off my . Kicker was I gained an inch on my chest, the trainer said it was due to my back muscles.... Arghh.
